Federal Government upgraded clerical staff

According to resource federal government approved proposed summary of cab-nit division and upgraded clerical staff. Federal Government employees through their numerous unions and representatives have been agitating for improvement in the service structure of their cadres and have been seeking financial amelioration. Most of the demands presented by these employees/organizations were based on seeking parity with the benefits that have been granted in the Provincial governments. The demands eventually being agitated are as follows Up-gradation for the post of Lower Division Clerk (LDC) and Upper Division Clerk (UDC) from BPS-09 to BPS-11 and from BPS-11 to BPS-14 respectively. Grant of higher pay scale on the lines of those authorized by the Government of KP on the following ratios: Grant of two higher pay scales to employees in BPS-01 to 05. How to Calculate Gross and Net Pension and Commute for Civil Servant

To calculate Gross and Net Pension you need to need your  Basic Pay and Total Service  Formula  Gross Pension =  (Basic Pay x Service in years x 7 ) / 300 Example Gross Pension = (57950 x 30 x 7) /300 Gross Pension = 40565 Rupees  We have taken 57950 as Gross Pay  and 30 years service for example to calculate Gross Pension. Normally 65% given as gross pension and 35% is given as Net Pension per month.
